At Poise Sneakers, we want you to love every step you take in our sneakers. If something isnβt right, we offer a 7-day exchange policy to ensure a smooth experience.
β Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

The sneakers show no signs of wear, creases, dirt, or damage

The exchange request is raised from the same order account
Note: Products showing usage, wear marks, or altered condition will not be eligible for exchange.

Products purchased during clearance sales or special discount events (unless defective)

Used or worn sneakers

Minor variations in color or texture due to lighting or screen resolution

Orders where 7 days have passed since delivery

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup

After quality inspection, the replacement will be dispatched
Reverse pickup availability depends on your pin code. In case pickup is not serviceable, you may be asked to self-ship the product.
