At Poise Sneakers, we want you to love every step you take in our sneakers. If something isn’t right, we offer a 7-day exchange policy to ensure a smooth experience.

βœ… Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

  • The sneakers show no signs of wear, creases, dirt, or damage

  • The exchange request is raised from the same order account

Note: Products showing usage, wear marks, or altered condition will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Size exchange (same product, different size)

  • Defective or damaged product (verified by our team)


❌ What Is Not Eligible for Exchange?

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special discount events (unless defective)

  • Used or worn sneakers

  • Minor variations in color or texture due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Orders where 7 days have passed since delivery


🚚 Exchange Process

  1. Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery

  2. Our team will review and approve the request

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup

  4. After quality inspection, the replacement will be dispatched

Reverse pickup availability depends on your pin code. In case pickup is not serviceable, you may be asked to self-ship the product.


⏱️ Timeline

  • Reverse pickup: 2–5 working days

  • Quality check & approval: 1–2 working days

  • Replacement dispatch: 3–5 working days

  • First size exchange is free

  • For additional exchanges, shipping charges may apply

  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, all shipping costs are borne by Poise Sneakers


🚫 No Refunds Policy

Currently, Poise Sneakers does not offer refunds.
Only exchanges are permitted as per the policy above.
